Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate account information. Teen members need guardian consent. Keep your credentials private and use only your own account. Organizations cannot enter member discovery unless their account has been reviewed and enabled.

Community conduct

• Be kind and respect communication boundaries.
• Do not share sexual, nude, violent, hateful, exploitative, bullying, threatening, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Do not request private contact information, exact location, money, gifts, passwords, sexual content, or off-platform contact.
• Do not impersonate another person, evade a block, scrape profiles, record video calls, or use the service to advertise or recruit.
• Report urgent danger to local emergency services; Autism and Friends is not an emergency service.

Friendship features

Friend requests require mutual acceptance before text or video is available. Teen and adult spaces are separated. Blocking ends the connection. We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts and content when needed to protect members or comply with law.

Video plans and billing

Text messaging is included without a paid plan, subject to anti-abuse limits. Paid monthly video plans provide 100 minutes for $5, 500 minutes for $10, or 1,000 minutes for $20. Minutes reset each billing period and do not roll over. Stripe handles payment and subscription management. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge; access continues according to the billing status shown in the app.

Safety limitations

We use moderation, reporting, blocking, guardian controls, and access rules, but we cannot guarantee another member's identity, conduct, or compatibility. Never share passwords, financial information, private contact details, or exact location. Leave and report any interaction that feels unsafe.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued for maintenance, safety, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes to these terms will be presented with a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance.

Account closure

You may export or delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Subscription cancellation and data retention follow the Privacy Policy and applicable payment or legal requirements.
